My Microchip Technology Interview in Whitefield Felt Nothing Like an Interview. Here Is What That Day Was Like.
I felt like comparing this at this time :P because it was not even a day after coming from a wonderful interview in Bangalore. Yeah, I felt this is the right time to think of this because this kind of feel will not come every time. In Life, we may come across lots of interviews but not everything will stay in our mind. Yesterday's interview was such a memorable thing that I felt like comparing with Proposal.
How we will feel after proposing a person whom we like the most. We will have a mixed feel whether that person will accept or not, whether we will get a good result. There will also be a good feel that we have done a good job by saying our mind out. Let's see how it is in interview? :D . We have a mixed feel whether we will get result soon. How long should we wait? Will we get a good result? We will also have a satisfaction that we didn't lie and we spoke all truths to all our interviewer.
My interview was really such an awesome thing in a company. I never even heard of that company before. We suddenly got information from our college saying that its compulsory and all those who has got shortlisted must attend the interview. It was not even two days that I returned back from my last interview in our Bangalore campus. I was not satisfied by the questions that were asked in the before an interview with before company as the time given was less than the questions given and the way they selected made me feel I don't want this company.
Now when they said You must go to next interview I felt like you have to meet your next person. I hesitated to go because it was not even two days I rejected my last proposal I mean my last company which made me hate it. Now the interview is with the new company in WhiteFeild, Bangalore. We had exams going on in our college but they wanted us to attend the interview. So we started our travel at night 10.30 by bus in a semi-sleeper coach. We had no proper comfort to sleep, but still, we wanted to go there. It was 5.30 at morning when we reported on our campus and sharply at 8.00 we have the interview in Whitefield. We went and directly got ready and it was 7 when we started from our campus and reached at 8.12 am. I had no expectations but when we all entered that place I felt Awesome.
Such an awesome place it was. I liked the company so much as I felt like being at home as soon as I entered. Even though I went with my friends I felt like being with family in my own house. As of my knowledge, no interview will happen in such a wonderful place. As soon as we entered they took us to Cafeteria where they asked us to have breakfast like our mother would say. As we already had breakfast we went directly for presentation. We waited for some time, Presentation started and then some people from that company explained about them. Then it was the wonderful moment. We had the first round which is written test in Cafeteria. I felt awesome as I am a kind of person who loves food and chocolates. There we had writing pad. Wondering why I am telling about writing pad and all? Wait It was the really awesome thing that happened there. In my writing pad already there was a paper pinned. I started my test, only when they got the paper from me I knew it was Lord Shiva in my pad, Picture was depicting blessings. I saw my Krishna in that Lord Shiva pic. I really felt so blessed. Then we were waiting for the result.
Now face to face interviews started. Everyone was called one by one. I was waiting for my turn thinking when will they call me continuously. It was a long time that my headache started along with my waiting. Then my name was called. Do you know how I felt when entering that interview room? Really it was awesome. Cool place where they gave the presentation before. People, there were really friendly. Then we started our interview. I didn't feel it is like an interview it was like a conversation with my best friend. The conversation went for quite long time that we both( me and my interviewer) didn't even know it was lunch time. Then I went for lunch. It was such a wonderful lunch. I felt like eating my mom's food. The taste was really nice. Then soon after my lunch was over. Next round started. That was also a surprise, Morning when they gave an introduction about their company I liked some people and I wanted to talk simply with those people. Yeah, I had the interview with one of those persons. Then directly I went to another person in the hall and we started having a conversation. One sir came and joined us. There was interesting moment even at that time. I love doing maths. That sir asked me any questions from your side? I cleared my doubts with the person who interviewed me before so I said no. He said "there must not be any no for any question" so he asked me a question. Area of Triangle I laughed and said 1/2 b*h. He asked me how? I was trying it with square and cutting a square into two halves and he also left me a question product of (x-a)*(x-b)*......(x-z). I started doing it as usual but I was not able to find answer it was a good question to use our mind at the free time. Then I went out of interview hall and started having coffee.
Then soon after I started to have it again they called me "vasumathi". I went leaving coffee. Again an interview with whom I met at first in the presentation. It was awesome, as the person I met at first, I met at last too. I am really gifted I felt. Then again interview started. At last he gave a wonderful word to me "You are a kid and you have to improve your maturity level and said take this advice as advice from your brother" I really felt like I got a brother over there but felt sad as he said I am not matured:( Then he got my photo and we all left out of company campus. It was a wonderful rain. I really enjoyed every moment in that company. I really felt satisfied with what I did. "I don't expect anything now but the satisfaction that I got cannot be explained in words".
Today I returned back to my home. Before leaving company yesterday that sir who said me as sister said you will get your result tomorrow, I am not expecting anything but I wanted to know it from them whatever it is. It's like waiting for the result after proposing a girl of love. But I wish to get into their family.
