Embracing Life's Challenges: A Lesson from My Mentor
I remember those words from you, my mentor:
"You can either crib and complete work or like and complete that work, only thing permanent is you have to complete the task assigned, whatever it is."
I once thought this advice was solely for my office work, but today, I realize it applies to everything in life. Life is like one big office, with the number of people we encounter exceeding the colleagues we see at work. The workload in life often surpasses what we face in our daily office tasks. While we might not repeat the same work in the office every day, at home, we might find ourselves doing the same tasks multiple times a day, week after week. Sometimes, it can feel monotonous.
The process for each task in life is rarely explained by anyone. We must take the initiative ourselves. But what I've come to understand is that no one really cares about how many times you get hurt in the process or how much pain you endure along the way. The only thing that matters is the end result. Completing the task is what counts, and no one really cares about the effort or pain you went through.
I've realized that not every aspect of life will have a team lead to provide constant encouragement and guidance. In life, only when your task is meaningful to the world do people take notice; otherwise, no one really cares. So, I want to express my gratitude to my life's team for helping me gain a better understanding of life.
Complaining or cribbing won't help in any aspect of life. All we need to do is roll up our sleeves, dive in, and start working to see the task through to completion.

Good one :)
